i love the phrase from the song "back where i come from, i'm an old tennessean" incorporated somewhere in the restaurant. maybe the mural or just painted somewhere like the entrace door. also THE OLD CROW MEDICINE SHOW has a line in their song WAGON WHEEL "he's a headin' west from the cumberland gap...johnson city tennessee" which is a big hit around here
